Always had high regard for Cottingham Tire until recently I purchased a few tubes from them and when my mechanic went to install one of them he found the valve stem to be defective. This defect was not from trying to install but Cottingham would not replace it saying my mechanic damaged it. Not very professional in my opinion. Sold me new one at… cost. There is no half right here if you don’t believe my mechanic charge me full price if you believe there is a chance it came of the shelf like that replace it. Not talking a lot of money here but it’s the principal and being made

Facebook friends and family do yourself a big favour and never deal with Cottingham tire in tilbury or Leamington brought my mom‘s car in there for four new tires they lost her centre cap on her aluminum wheels because it wasn’t installed properlyreported it to them they replaced it with a used one out of a junkyard called the owner Jake who… is also a deputy fire chief with TILBURY volunteer fire department as well . I had a flat tire on the way to the airport in December and called Jason the owner at 7:15am and he had Glen out to take care of me and I was on my way by 7:45 and made my flight. I just want to say thanks to Jason & Glen for outstanding customer service, and would highly recommend Cottingham Tire for any automotive or tire needs. Thanks again.

Yesterday, while travelling from our home in Sarnia to Windsor, we lost a tire when it was pierced by a foreign object which dislodged, causing the tire to run flat and be unrepairable. Cottingham Tire happened to be the closest tire repair facility so we dropped by to see if they could help us. i did not want to be driving with the donut spare if… i didn't have to. They were booked solid for the day but still helped us out and we were back on the road within an hour with a good condition and fairly priced used tire on our vehicle.
