My van was stolen. The insurance company left me in silence for over a month and refused to return my calls. They exhausted my rental car coverage and built up a storage bill that exceeded $1200.00 after the police had found the van. In sheer despair, I called Marcel's Collision.
Immediately they told me to let them take care of everything and did they ever. They fixed all of the damage to my van beautifully. They got the insurance company to extend my rental car coverage and cover the storage bill. Once I left it in their capable hands I was finally able to breathe, just in time for Christmas

We have used Marcel for a few auto repairs after collisions. Service is always top notch. You are put at ease during a tough time and everything is looked after from insurance company communication to a rental vehicle if needed. Our vehicles have all come back restored to the pre accident condition. Totally a 5 star experience every time.

Dealing with insurance and police after an accident was tedious; however, Matt from Marcel’s went above and beyond taking care of insurance issues as well as rentals, etc. The team was immensely professional. My vehicle was actually ready earlier then scheduled and looks amazing. Moreover, Marcel’s collision guarantee their work (providing a certificate) meets “industry standards… for as long as you own this vehicle”. Not only do I recommend Marcel’s, I am now a lifetime customer.
