We had excellent and very positive service from our initial contact until the window installation. The installers were very polite and clean from start to finish throughout the install in the very frigid temperatures!!! Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Very unhappy with the lack of communication and lack of customer service that they provided. I had them come quote 7 new windows for my house. Had to email them almost a week after they measured to remind them to send a quote. I ordered the windows and 8 weeks later a delivery driver calls me on a Thursday to tell me they will be delivered to my house in 30 minutes. I work full time and had to leave so they could drop off the windows with no notice from RDWD. Then one window was back ordered and nobody bothered to tell me until I had to call and leave a message to get a call back a few days later

Would not recommend using Red Deer Windows and Doors, strictly because of their poor communication and customer service. We wanted to use a local company to order 7 windows for our home, so we contacted them in August to come for a quote. Once they took measurements, nobody contacted me and I had to cantact them to remind them I wanted a quote.… Should have known then that is how things would be the entire time. No notification that my windows were going to be delivered, or that one of them was back ordered. When they show up 8 weeks later, 2 windows had the incorrect inside measurements

It was installed very professional .I would highly recommend them for your windows and coverings hands down . Their showroom is very nice and they ensure top quality from start to finish .

I needed a new back door installed in my very old house and I needed a custom size. I also decided to have it swing outward instead of inward like it was. The wood around it was a rotting mess. It wasn't going to be easy.
RDW&D came in as the lowest quote for the best value of material. I had certain requests that the other companies I had give quotes told me were not doable. Derry was able to accommodate my requests. They also didn't charge me $50 for reinstalling my own electric lock (like another company was going to do).

This is probably the worst door and window company in red deer to trust with your installation needs. It has been over a month now that I've lived in my new place STILL with no back door, and my landlord has had extreme difficulty in even contacting this company in regards to getting the job done. The last encounter was especially upsetting- as the date arranged to install the door had FINALLY came, my husband and I were up by 7 am to let them in, and they proceeded to park outside, take a few "measurements", got in their van and left without thinking of ringing us (which they had

Absolutely love the new windows and the crew that came to install our windows and doors! Our front window was rotting and the crew rebuilt our whole front wall! They were friendly and great around our three kids running around then when they were trying to work. I highly recommend this company and the crew that installs the product.
