What a great job Jason did installing 2 sliding patio doors! Mike and Scott looked after the administration and all was flawless. We received a beefy energy efficient product for a reasonable price, and had it professionally installed in a timely manner. Good work guys! Had a minor miscommunication the first day, but when 2 Guys showed up on day 2 with the correct ladders and scaffolds everything went really good.

We used Window Masters last year -2020. First of all, Noel is a gent and a professional, who knows his stuff and sells good quality products. However in terms of installation I could not have been more dissatisfied and disappointed. Not a single window was installed level, all the “make good” between the window and the wall is messy and substandard. The front Palladio door we paid 2700 eur for, was scratched on installation and scratches covered with a sharpie pen!!!! In fairness to Noel abs his team, tied to remedy the issue but is beyond their capabilities. I would not recommend Window masters
