Very compassionate and accommodating staff. We were not clients prior, but when our 4 year old was having extreme pain, they adjusted their appointments so a doctor could tend to our daughter who was crying uncontrollably in pain. We live an hour away and were just in the area when her pain started.

If I could give this place a no star I would! My tooth been bothering me for weeks I come here an they said either I need a root canal or extraction so they give me antibiotics and send me home till I make up my decision what I wanted.... so I made an appointment wanting to get my tooth extracted and the doctor was like ok how about this will do a partial root canal until you get you insurance so they took the nerve out an put a temp filling .... I was in alot of pain so I figure as long the pain go away fine whatever....I felt the whole process what he did I was in alot of pain an they said it

Unprofessional administrative assistants, and support staff such as nurses. Discriminatory office practices against indigenous clients such as not providing pain management prescriptions for procedures like wisdom teeth removal.
I would not support this business nor will I be recommending this business.
I almost got my wisdom teeth taken out by them, I walked away from the procedure day-of when they sat me down for a consultation to make sure I had all of my after care necessities such as antibiotics and T3's for pain management. They were running down their check list and asked if I had both

This was my very first visit to this dentist office, and they told me things about my teeth and jaw that my LIFELONG dentists had never thought to mentioned to me. The hygenist i saw (Olivia) was so kind and reassuring to me, she was gentle, and explained everything she was doing. All the staff members I interacted with were professional without being cold or standoffish. These dentists 100% heard my problems and concerns and LISTENED to me. This was a very refreshing dentist experience for once. I highly recommend going to see Dr Clerk and his hygenist(s), you won't find a better experience in

I've been with Mic Mac Dental for a few years now and have referred family and friends to them as well. The staff are professional, friendly and really take time to get to know you. I am very anxious around needles, and Dr Hiltz and his dental team are patient with me - working with and around my anxiety. They ensure you know all your options and work within your budget as well as your comfort.

I have Dr Clerk as my dentist and have had routine work done as well as crowns. Dr Clerk and all the staff are kind and extremely skilled in their practice. I do not enjoy getting work done on my teeth and they understand this and are able to help me stay calm. I would not go anywhere else and trust all the staff at mic mac dental. Shelley is also extremely responsive to any question or issue related to billing or scheduling. Overall I think this is a great dental office; professional and competent staff everywhere. I’m not usually one for reviews, but in this case I just have to. I’ve seen Dr. Profitt for wisdom teeth removal, a cleaning, some cosmetic work, and soon to be some fillings. I actually travel from Halifax, and I’ll never go anywhere else. The staff as a whole are incredibly kind, caring, and just make you feel at home. Dr. Profitt is the best dentist I’ve ever had, he knows what he’s doing, that’s for sure! Thanks to every one at Mic Mac Dental Centre, you guys are fantastic, and I appreciate everything you do!

August 29 I had been booked for a simple dental cleaning at 4:30pm, which I didn't understand them booking me in for that time, as they close at 6:00pm on Saturday. I waited an hour for my appointment as I showed up at Mic Mac dental center at 4:06pm.Well aster waiting over an hour I got up and asked them will my appointment be honored, as it's getting close to closing time? To that the receptionist said oh yes, she's cleaning the station and then will call you. Finally the hygienist called me in at 5:12 which didn't make sense. Well they couldn't complete a simple cleaning as there was no time

I start my journey with Mic Mac Dental recently. Really I would like to thank Dr. Andre Dessureault and his team for the professional work done for me today. Dr. Dessureault raised my confidence with dental work. today I had my second visit to the clinic and really I cannot describe the professional work and treatment I received. it was quick, and… painless. my lips were numb I couldn't smile for couple hours but I was so happy all treatment was painless. the assistants are nice and they treated me as special. they understood my anxiety 😂 and they made sure I understand the work

They fit me in on a Saturday for an emergency appointment (dry socket post extraction at another dentist). I was so impressed with Dr. Eric Garand, he was professional, knowledgeable, and his sense of humor put me at ease when I was in a huge amount of pain. he fixed me up and gave me thorough instructions. All around amazing experience here, highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm Phobic about dentists. And Needles. I have had SO many bad experiences. So understandably, I was a little freaked out when one of my molars broke. I knew that I would need to be knocked out before the procedure. I went in for the initial consult with Dr. Erick Garand. He was understanding, kind and thorough in his explanations of my choices and explained potential costs for various options . It made it so much easier a few days later to come in for the surgery. I just left there after getting a wisdom tooth pulled. I just got froze up real good and they took it out... the dentist I had was great, he made me laugh and he was very efficient and caring and knew I was a bit worked up and nervous being there, he explained everything that was gonna happen throughly and did the job fast and well, his assistant… was a woman who was also great, she kept me calm and cool and talked me through it the whole time and laughed a bit (my face was REALLY frozen and only half of it worked normally lol) 🤣 I really had a great experience for someone who has

I had a tooth extraction done there not long ago by Dr Andre Dessureault. He was absolutely wonderful. I tend to get a tad nervous when visiting Dentists, however he put me at ease and had the tooth out in seconds. So grateful to him and his assistant. I would certainly have him do any dental work again.
