At the age of 13, Jamie Gallant, our founder and fearless leader, started his first job working on the local wharf in his small town on Prince Edward Island. This is where his passion for seafood and hospitality began. He learned to clean and fillet fish, but it was the connection with the tourists after feeding them that days catch that had the greatest impact.
Every oyster is shucked fresh on site, and our passionate staff can share stories and in-depth knowledge of the oysters with your guests. We served events in virtually any location, from your backyard to lakeside to elegant venues. And when your event is over, we take care of all the cleanup and leave without a trace.

With all the craziness Covid 19 going on . We decided we have to start spending money and encourage everyone to do the same support our local entrepreneurs and business .

Jamie, has been doing a private event at our retail business for the past 10 years and we have always been totally pleased. He is totally professional. He shows up on time and does a wonderful clean up when he leaves.
Not to mention that he has the best oysters and seafood in town. i can not recommend Coastline enough. i promise you, you won't be disappointed.
