I thought long and hard about writing this review but after TWO weeks and after painstakingly explaining an issue we had to them, the fact that there is still no apology or acknowledgement on their part is quite troubling. We ordered from Puffin for a very important ladies event we hosted a couple weeks ago. There were some miscommunication with their extremely INCOMPETENT delivery driver, so we ended up without the food at the event. During this entire ordeal, we called the establishment 18 times hoping that someone would pick up to help us and NO ONE DID, even though they advertised that they

I ordered the turkey dinner for a family Christmas gathering. The food was incredible, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I had called another caterer for prices but found them to be rude and abrupt. Puffin's customer service was second to none, including the very nice gentleman who delivered the food. Thank you!

There is nothing in the world that's better than seeing someone standing at the door of a conference room holding a bunch of sandwiches when you're in hour 4 of an 8-hour-long meeting. Caterers who do office lunches truly do God's work.
Puffin catered the meeting I was stuck in all day today. I was sure glad they did. Their sandwiches were delicious. The bread was phenomenal. The fillings were tasty. You could tell they put some effort into preparing the sandwiches. The tomatoes had been marinated in vinegar and lightly salted. It gave it sort of a caprese salad feel.

When we Needed Lunch ,really Last Minute and Delivered to Our Office,we only Trusted Puffin Caterings amazing Quality,Economical,and Cheap Prices compared to a Lot of other corporate caterers in Mississauga area.The Food was well presented,we got it with No Delivery charge,No minimum,wow that's Top class and Best Food caterer.Well done Puffin Catering.
