After three years of hard work this dream became a reality. The Centre was designed as a hub model that is linked to the Mary Honeywell School. The centre offers multi-services, incorporating a daycare, and a family resource centre. In 1993, we opened a satellite drop-in program located at the Jockvale United Church.
The Barrhaven Child Care Centre is a non-profit organization and now a registered charity, which is governed by voluntary Board of Directors comprised of parents and various other professionals from the community. Services
At Barrhaven Child Care Centre, our program has been planned to promote all areas of development for the children. Daily schedules and program plans are posted in the various playrooms to inform the parents of the council of continuing education activities the children will partake in throughout the week.
Barrhaven Child Care Centre is a Registered Charity with a long history of providing excellent child care services.
