Services
UME provides Custom Machining and CNC Production Machining using an array of precision equipment. Our capacities for turning are up to 1.35 m (53.15") diameter or 3.05 m long and for milling up to 1.2 m x 0.6 m x 0.4 m (47.25" x 23.62" x 15.75") machining envelope. We also offer stocking programs to assist our customers for quality machined parts at competitive prices.
For over fifteen years Universal has provided us with quality machining. They keep track of our parts through reverse-engineering allowing us to re-order unique custom parts by part number, thus saving us valuable down time and money, allowing us to focus on keeping our customers happy! We have been using Universal's services since 2002 and they have been key in helping us increase our productivity.

Had some custom screws that needed fabrication. Looked everywhere for them with no avail. Chatted with Donald (the business owner) about the custom order. Overall, I experienced a friendly and professional business that cares for attention to detail. Donald and team took the time to explain and fabricate what I needed for my order. Estimates are free and Donald will be happy to spend the time with you should you desire to know more of the shop setup. Basically anything metal related that needs custom fabrication and high production is what this business is good at. Will be coming back when the
