Owner is very friendly and will agree to all your requests just to book the job. But when the time comes to complete the job the company can't follow through on promises such as how long the job will truthfully take and expectations for quality finishing. No foreman ever sets foot onsite to keep an eye on the job and how it meets the customers requests. Workers are sent to the job site with little communication from the owner and unless you speak Chinese communicating is impossible as workers don't speak English at all. Materials that were removed and needed for reinstalling were accidentally thrown
