We are pleased to assist our clients with resolving family law issues in an amicable and cost-efficient manner.
Our firm was founded in September of 1953 by the late George C. Loucks, B.A. LL.B, J.D., Q.C. and we have since that time provided efficient quality legal services to members of the public in Grey and Bruce as well as surrounding Counties. We have a staff of seven legal assistants and two part-time employees.
Loucks & Loucks is proud to have been serving agricultural law to the communities of Bruce and Grey counties, and Southwestern Ontario for over 65 years. Our firm offers robust general practice services, however since being founded a substantial portion of our practice is devoted to helping those in the agricultural sector with their legal needs.
Our Grey Bruce real estate practice includes all types of real estate such as cottages, Indian lease lands, life leases, residential, commercial, industrial and farm properties. Included in our real estate practice is the conversion of titles from Land Conversion Qualified Title (LCQT) to Absolute Title for the purpose of Plans of Subdivision as well as working with developers to finalize Subdividers Agreements.
