You will require a Licensed Driver and Photo I.D. along with Additional Documents depending on the Reason for Impoundment. Please call or e-mail to confirm which documents you will require to obtain the release of your vehicle. To ensure your vehicle is in our possession it is always best to call and confirm if we have it.

On the phone, not so customer service friendly, but the toe truck driver, a younger white guy was a gem. Totally made it as pleasant as possible considering all the costs of having a vehicle end up there.

My street was just plowed and for some reason tartan just left some cars instead of only towing others. I watched the driver twice pull up to vehicle then just drive away after hooking up then lowering the venue then drive away. Why is the city paying these guys if they won't tow all the cars.

There was a set price..a lil delay based on the driver not willing to coperare and do the tow properly instead of doing damage..whuch he did by bending a trk hinge which will cost me $300.00 to replace a 1957 trunk hinge..at the end he suddenly up the price fr $211.00 to $250.00 saying ..oh i had to stay a extra hr...not true..

The truck driver couldn't start my car but still wanted $60.38. I only had debit and he wouldn't drive me to an ATM. So he tows my car to their yard. It cost me $188.74 and they hadn't done anything. Even when I went to retrieve it the next day a young very large gentleman at the desk told me I couldn't use the washroom. 'Not for the public' he said. I do have honest and reliable people to help me now. So I won't have to call Tartan anymore. And you shouldn't either.

Towed my vehicle and they didn’t have an air compressor to help me leave! Also just gave a battery booster and did not assist me what so ever. Found rat droppings in my glove compartment and they aren’t taking responsibility for it. Ridiculous that a towing company that deals with cars don’t have the proper equipment! Do not get towed by them. Definitely do not think about their customers. Found a few vehicles with windows down in the winter! They take your keys they should be able to protect your vehicle while it’s in their possession.
