A Crane Towing

Not even one star. -5. Very very poor service and very very rude employees. Nobody showed for 4 hours. I waited for 4 hours in the middle of the highway, every time they kept saying another hour, so i ended up calling other towing who came in 10 mins. The lady argued with me for something that she was wrong about, and handed up on me. I will not recommend their service to anyone. People, there are many more towing servings around, please get them, CRAN will waste your money and time.

Too much frustration to list.... a Quick recap booked them over 5 days in advance, agreed on a 8am start time, they showed up after calling them several times at almost noon. After 9 People waiting to move heavy items, unit shows up and is broken. According to driver (nice guy) the rear trailer hydro. Was not working and the unit had a broken frame as well. So after almost 5 hrs back to square 1. I’m sure even if the unit was working properly the product would have fallen right through the holes in the deck.
Ohhhh well better luck next time !! Or phone another company might be a better idea

I own a vehicle that requires flat bed service while being transported between shops, and Crane Towing services was exceptional. The operator knew what he was doing and was very careful while loading and unloading my vehicle. There is only one other towing company (Champion Towing) that I would trust with my vehicles.

The same story may happen everyday, but just try to help the next person On Dec 07, 2016, sadly my BMW x Suv stuck in snow aa intersection near my house, which is uncommon to me. Anyway I tried the Roadside assistance, and Crane Towing was contacted to rescue me. In a short, Crane Towing didn't even try to help me. But under the same scenario, another Towing company successfully winch me and another SUV out. Never use them, for all Beemer owners.

When our bucket truck broke down on a job site, Crane Towing came to the rescue. They told us the cost ahead of time and kept us posted as to when the guy would be there to give us a "heavy" boost when our alternator went. Not only was the gentleman knowledgeable and polite, he even drove with us to the mechanic to make sure the truck made it with no further problems. I would, and have already, recommend this company to any one in need of a tow truck or battery boost.

Called multiple towing companies in Winnipeg for a standard tow. Best prices, great customer service, and prompt service. I had to use them twice in one week as my car had to be relocated. Both times they charged the price quoted and arrived on time. Ask for Paul he knows his stuff.
