I am beyond thankful that I chose Florentine Kitchens for our kitchen remodel. The world class service started before we even put down the deposit and while we thought we knew what we wanted, Naief was able to take his years of experience and take the design to the next level. What sets Florentine apart is the white glove service all the way through the process. Michael was able to come up with a spectacular design and really paid attention to the details which we didn’t even consider. Have worked with Naief and staff at Florentine Kitchens on a number of projects over the years. The design staff are very detailed and thorough and the finished product is always amazing. The quality of product combined with pre and post sales service, make them a great choice for kitchens, bath or other custom millwork.

My wife and I are extremely happy with a custom wall unit Naief and his wonderful staff created for us. Naief visited our home to take the measurements and we discussed design. When we visited his office he had a vast array of options available in the many pamphlets/magazines with some floor model designs of kitchens. The adjoining workshop was impressive. Naief created my parents kitchen 30+ years ago and he's still going strong. We did our due diligence and obtained some other quotes, some of which were cheaper, but the salespeople at the other places just didn't seem as knowledgeable and trustworthy

We had bad experience with this company, we spent plenty of money for our new house kitchen cabinets and washroom vanity. The result was half of the kitchen cabinet doors and vanity doors were not installed on the moving date. We waited for 4 weeks and after many calls we got our cabinet door but it still was not properly stained. The hardware is very cheap. We asked for a repair and they required extra money to pay for it even though we have been told there is a one year warranty when we have a hand contract. The company owner Naief said it is not covered under warranty. This did not happen just
