Amazing work by an incredibly professional staff. Prices were the lowest I could find in the city and the quality of work on my car was impeccable. I am a single middle aged female and was made to feel comfortable each time I have visited. I can't say enough good things about this business. I will be a client for life.

We had scracthes on the front right and back rear bumper. The car was fixed perfectly - you wouldn't know the bumpers were repaired. Courteous professional staff and owner! They have been in this location since 1992! I would recommend 100%

On Easter Sunday my car was hit while parked and I didn't know what to do. After finding Ottawa Auto Body & Repair I found all my worries went away. The lady that dealt with me handled everything amazing as well as the entire staff. They gave me pointers and ideas of what I should do. Every detail was perfected from customer service to car service.
My car now looks brand new and I am extremely satisfied with everything. Thank you so much for all the hard work to every single person at Ottawa Auto Body. You have made me one happy individual. You guys will definitely be at the top of my suggestion

If you want dealership quality work don't go here. I took my truck in to get a scratch fixed. Orange peel on the paint 4x4 sticker not in the right spot Ram 1500 decal missing pieces not in the right spot. Took it back he put the sticker in the right spot now has bubbles under sticker. Saeed the owner says bring it back in the spring we will fix it. Saeed only cares about making money. NOT MAKING THE CUSTOMER SATISFIED. I will not recommend this place.. Now i have to pay a professional place to do the job properly. Paid $2300 dollars to ottawa auto body. Had to Pay CSN east mountain collision

I must admit I was tentative after reading some of the reviews, but a colleague recommended Ottawa Autobody after her own good experience, so I went ahead. All my fears were unfounded! This is a personable group of guys who give great service at an affordable & very reasonable price. Not only that, they drove me to work and picked me up the next day to get my car. I was impressed with the timeliness of the repair as well.
I also read reviews about the car being returned with dusty/dirty interior. This was not my experience. It was very cold and had snowed during the 2 days my car was in being

We were rear ended and were referred to Ottawa Auto Body by some good friends. Most auto body shops are an absolute joke to deal with but the family atmosphere at Ottawa Auto Body was amazing and made us feel comfortable and like we could trust them with our brand new truck. They noticed damage that ourselves and our adjustor didn't notice, their eye for detail and issues is remarkable. The work was done quickly and they remained in contact with us throughout the entire process. They kept in touch better than our insurance company did!! We received our truck back and it looked better than when
