Who knew Waterdown Collision did vehicle detailing!?! Had my vehicle detailed and it looks like brand new! Had body work done on my mini van through my insurance company. Waterdown collision handled everything with my. insurance company. Which was great not having to do it myself. They even arranged for a rental vehicle to be there for me when I dropped off my van.

Repairs to front end damage to my car were done after a relatively minor accident. We dealt with Christian who was both professional and considerate of our decision to not go through insurance. His quote was fair and the final cost came in well within his quote range. After the parts were ordered we were told it would take 7-8 days to complete the repair but it was ready in 2! They made the car safe to drive again and it looks amazing. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Waterdown Collision!

Had a scratch that needed some attention. Brought my car to Waterdown Collision on a recommendation and was very happy with the work done. Final cost came in slightly higher than what was estimated but the work completed on time and the car was washed inside and out which was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely go back if I require their services.

They did an amazing job on my 2021 Dodge ram pick up the service was amazing very quick the vehicle was ready a day before it was supposed to be done and when I picked it up it look like a brand new truck inside and out highly recommend Waterdown collision 💥 and the office staff was very polite and helpful

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the whole team at Waterdown Collision following an accident. The team saved me the hassle of navigating through an insurance claim, organized a rental vehicle and communicated clearly about the work being performed to have my vehicle ready ahead of schedule. My truck looked better after repairs than the day I drove it off the dealer lot! Highly recommend and will use their services again in the future.

My car was involved in a small accident and Waterdown Collision was the preferred vendor of my insurance company. I had never been before but I trusted that they would do a good job. They had my car for about 5 days and had amazing communication throughout. The job was done incredibly well and I think my car looks even better than it did before. I don’t know exactly how their prices compare to other places, but the work needed up coming in below the estimate which would have been greatly appreciated if I was the one paying for the repairs. I would definitely bring my car back if I needed to.

Had to get my bumper replaced due to my car being involved in a hit and run. Waterdown collision made the process very simple and easy to follow, they were honest and provided me with exactly what they said they would. The staff was great, they stayed connected throughout. The car was even ready a day early, and my car was cleaned on the inside!

Waterdown Collision is by far the best there is. They take a bad situation and make it better. When our car got rear ended I let my insurance company know the car was going to Waterdown as they did such a great job on a previous bumper issue. They were prompt and even picked up my car, and returned it when it was fixed. Melisa communicated every step of the way and answered all questions I had. I even had them tint the front windows while the car was there which look awesome. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
