Mr. Devlin was away, and so someone else was running the show when my parent passed away...Parent died thanksgiving time, and when we were given the ashes it was like she had been cremated before we gave the go ahead (date on box)..The fella changed the date on the box as we sat in the office...made me go hmmmmm. But when other parent passed on, Mr.Devlin handled it all well for us...

After my mother passed away, I went to view her body for the last time at Devlin. I went with a friend who was there for support. After entering the private room to say my farewells to my mother, I was constantly bothered by the voice of the owner of Devlin. He felt it was the right time to strike up conversation with my friend in his office, discussing things that I guess he felt were important to discuss while I said my last farewell to my mother's body.
