AUM provided roofing assessment and roofing inspection services for the installation of new 2 ply SBS roofing membrane system at two industrial/commercial buildings. AUM provided roofing assessment and roofing inspection services for the installation of new Loose Laid Ballasted EPDM roofing membrane system complete with tapered insulation package at this residential condominium building.
AUM provides building envelope consulting services on new construction projects ranging from single family dwellings to institutional projects. AUM works closely with the architects and designers from inception to completion of a building envelope project. Honestly, there’s nobody better to deal with than AUM. I’ve used them on a few projects now and it’s been great. As building envelope specialists, they’ve got a great team and as people they’re even better... they go the extra mile to keep your project going on time and on budget! Example? I’ve got a city inspection tomorrow; It’s currently 8pm and I just had a schedule D2 delivered to my home with a smile and a handshake. This is how you do “better business” folks!
