Long story short, we are now happy owners of Jeep #4, a new Grand Cherokee Altitude. Charles, Jordan, and Cole were fantastic to deal with! They stayed after closing time to make sure I was taken care of. They held the truck I wanted to buy for over two weeks, even though they could have sold it on me numerous times. They did everything they could to get me up and running in the shortest amount of time. For me because they stayed later than closing time( I showed up half hour before closing due to flight delay) a lot later I give this spot a 20 out of 10! They had every right to say sorry we are closing at 3 you will have to come back on Monday but they didn’t. Thanks again guys

The worst auto dealership in Moncton. My salesperson was arrogant, evasive, and deceptive. I recently engaged with a Johnny come lately who, based on his customer service abilities, will most likely be gone in a few months. He utilized diversion to avoid direct inquiries, and when I was given the usual initial inflated figures and asked to see a breakdown, what did I receive for my efforts? More diversions. He was not planning on showing me, and never did. Not everyone who enters a dealership has little or no idea how things work. This dealership's employee turnover is ridiculous, and it's easy

Id been thinking about an upgrade for our 2016 but, in covid times, wouldn’t have travelled out of province to check out Rallye. Then, Logan Stark - originally from PEI! - called me up and helped me out big time! He’s extremely personable and worked hard to make a deal. Now I’m the proud owner of a new 2020 - last of the dodge grand caravans!! :( Pretty exciting day - the kids are especially excited for the DVD player, but I have to say, it’s the heated seat and automatic doors for me.
