The worst experience and dealership ever! I got a 2016 Ford Edge from them in September 2021. The check engine light started showing just less than 2 weeks after purchase. I sent them a message and they never replied or followed up. I took the car to them and was told that it's already more than 30 days that nothing can be done. VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEALERSHIP!

I would love to send out a huge thanks to Pierre in service. I took my RDX A-Spec in for service and they gave me a loaner, which I inadvertently left my wallet with a considerable amount of cash in. They contacted me first thing the next morning and returned my forgotten items. The service had already won us over, and the integrity has now blown us away. In a time when we don’t get to celebrate much, this deserves it! 🎉

This was a great experience all around. I'm in sales myself, and it was nice to deal with straight up salespeople who didn't try to play any games or pull any tricks. They offered me a competitive rate on my trade in, weren't pushy at all, and the finance guy even put in extra time to get me a great rate on the finance. I pick up the car tomorrow and I will definitely be back to this dealership when it's time to upgrade, as well as whenever family will be purchasing.

We were on vacation, 1300 km from home, and needed roadside assistance. Moncton Acura was the closest dealership and we couldn't have asked for a better place to take care of our vehicle and my family. Wendi, Peter, Shawn and Luc all went out of their way to get us back on the road quickly and safely. This dealership is a testament to how customer relations should be done in this day and age. Having Milli around doesn't hurt either!! ;).
