Active Electronics has been around for over forty years, selling real technician-grade tools and components. In that time these have changed alot, and staying current isn't easy. Real high quality tools like Fluke meters are expensive, but are made to last a lifetime. Active also carries a full line of Arduino type small electronic parts and this is the place-to-go for the best modules of this type. Very few dealers like this exist now, and the staff are usually very knowledgable, though maybe a little weird.

If you are looking for something drive up and down 32nd Ave NE and you have a good chance to find it.
I have been looking for a store to buy electronic parts for years now and finally found this one.
The guy behind the counter was not extraordinary nice but the selection compensates some of it. No more need to stop at the Source to buy pricey parts, transformers, cable, ...
Four stars for the selection minus one for the snippy guy.
