Conscious Living Wellness Services Inc. was established in Calgary by Registered Psychologist, Dr. Kyla Yaskowich (left) in 2002. She currently has an office in Vancouver, British Columbia and also offers Skype and Phone therapy sessions. Dr. Yaskowich provides individual and couples' therapy as well as community and corporate wellness seminars and workshops.

She offers a wholistic approach to the psychological treatment of Anxiety, Depression, spiritual and existential issues, relationships patterns, communication, stress, insomnia, self-esteem, confidence, chronic illness, grief and major life and career transitions. Through the process of therapy, learn to tap in to your own inner wisdom and strengths to maximize your potential and optimize your relationship.
Services
Many clients find Skype and Phone therapy sessions as effective as in-person sessions. Some of the benefits of teletherapy include the added convenience of being able to see your therapist from the comfort and privacy of your home or office, perhaps at times that you would not be able to get to an appointment.
Dr. Yaskowich offers Couples Therapy. Our approach utilizes the strengths of your relationship to overcome the obstacles. The methods we use are based on well-researched strategies conducted with couples who have healthy, long-lasting, and fulfilling relationships.

Once couples understand the basic needs of their partner, empathize with the underlying emotions associated with those needs, and develop skills to meet those needs, both partners tend to experience deeper connection and greater fulfillment.Paradoxically, the qualities that attract one person to the other at the beginning of a relationship are frequently the same ones that create frustrations later in a relationship.
Dr. Yaskowich, founder of Conscious Living Wellness Services Inc. is a Registered Psychologist with a Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology. She is trained in both traditional and non-traditional psychotherapy methods and provides a variety of paths to wellness for individuals and couples.

As the needs of each person are unique, she draws on a variety of well-researched treatment approaches including: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation, Hypnosis, Interpersonal Therapy, Positive Psychology, as well as Existential and Spiritual Psychology.
