Services
Adjusting to life with braces means you must take good care of your teeth, and your braces during treatment. Our tips will help you get used to your new braces in no time!. A frequent concern is tooth sensitivity or pain for several days after the braces are initially placed, or adjusted. Eating softer foods and soups are recommended.
Hard food can cause breakage of the small attachments on the bands, and can bend the delicate arch wires, causing the teeth to move in a wrong direction. This food can also pull the cement loose; the food then becomes caught under the bands creating tooth decay. Sticky food like hard food, may bend the wires as well as loosen the cement under the braces.
Properly brushing and flossing your teeth regularly is more important when you have braces. This will help ensure your teeth and gums are healthy after the orthodontic treatment. If plaque accumulates around the braces, tooth enamel may weaken and cause unaesthetic white spot lesions to form. Patients who do not keep their teeth clean may need more frequent visits to the the dentist for a professional cleaning.
Orthodontics is the branch of dentistry that specializes in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of dental and facial irregularities. The technical term for these problems is "malocclusion, " which means "bad bite." The practice of orthodontics requires the professional skill in the design, application and control of corrective appliances (braces) to bring teeth, lips and jaws into proper alignment and achieve facial balance.

Go to another orthodontist.
Disgusting front desk staff, very rude and incompetent. Dr. Beg defends her behaviour.

He is such a good doctor. He's always willing to answer any questions I have. His main secretary is a blast. Always polite, quick with a joke and knows how maneuver through Native status bureaucracy.
