Ever since Wilk & Wilk first opened its doors in 1997, Drs. Brian and Kevin Wilk have learned that a team effort always yields the best results. As a result, the Doctors have surrounded themselves with amazing people to create an orthodontic team that they feel is the most professional, most passionate, most curious, knowledgeable, caring, and fun group of people in any orthodontic office anywhere.
Our long journey to become certified specialists in Orthodontics began at an early age when we both became interested in the sciences, and individually, our formal education stories are similar, just one year apart: following graduation from Ontario universities, we each spread our wings and traveled south of the border to Boston, Massachusetts, where we both graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
At Wilk & Wilk Cambridge and Oakville, we have created a cleaning/disinfection and sterilization process and an instrument management system that strictly adheres to the sterilization/instrument handling guidelines established by Public Health Ontario. These guidelines are designed to prevent or reduce the risk of transmission of microorganisms in healthcare settings.
At Wilk and Wilk, we have been blessed with the opportunity to meet and treat so many wonderful people in our local community and are pleased to be able to actively volunteer and to give back to the community in which we live and work. We aim to make a difference by supporting causes and organizations that are important to our patients, our staff, and our communities.
Wilk & Wilk Orthodontics is built on a bedrock of experience. Since 1997, virtually every imaginable orthodontic problem has been encountered and corrected with professionalism, enthusiasm, and with amazing attention to detail. We don't dabble in Orthodontics - we practice it all day long, each and every day for many, many, many, days - since 1997.

I came to Wilk & Wilk Orthodontics as an adult patient to get Invisalign. My teeth were extremely stubborn but the staff was committed to making sure my smile was 100% perfect. I really appreciated the fact that even though my treatment took twice as long as they originally thought, the staff never made me feel as if they wanted to give and up and just say "good enough". They really cared about my smile and it didn't matter to them how long it took, just that in the end my smile was perfect. Thanks so much guys!

We first went to Wilk and Wilk for a consult after an unpleasant experience with another orthodontist, who said she would have to pull four of my daughter’s teeth out, due to overcrowding before she could even put braces on! At the initial consultation, Dr. Kevin did a thorough analysis of my daughter’s teeth, and really took the time to explain the procedure, and what we could expect. The best part: No teeth pulling required! We have been going to Wilk and Wilk ever since, and are thrilled with the results of the treatment. People are constantly commenting on my daughter’s beautiful smile

Wilk and Wilk treated both of my kids and I found that their level of care was amazing and their service is very personal and individual.
My daughter had stubborn baby teeth that refused to fall out so they patiently took their time with her and waited for the right time to start her braces. Their approach was deliberate and measured and the results were incredible. They really obsess over the details.
My son’s teeth were also challenging and it took a long time to set them in place and they were both understanding and professional even when he broke his braces three times... Once again, great

We've had 3 children who have gone to Wilk & Wilk for their braces. To say that we were happy with the results is a huge understatement. From the women at the front desk, to the women who changed all the braces paraphernalia needed each and every time, to Dr. Brian Wilk, our experience here has been beyond incredible. We were always welcomed with a smile and seen to within minutes of our appointment. Every question was answered thoroughly, and patiently. We never felt we were being rushed or a number.
