I wanted to order a tribute bouquet for a funeral at a nearby funeral home. The florist which the funeral home uses did not answer the phone and when I tried to order online, the date was unavailable I tried O'Conner Florist and am so glad I did. Carmen was very accommodating and understanding. The arrangement was beautiful, substantial and exactly what I had hoped for especially for the very reasonable price. Thank you for a wonderful experience during a very difficult time.

I've been ordering flowers from O'Connor Florists for many years. I ordered from them back when their store was actually on O'Connor. I've ordered for all occasions for many people. Well turning 65 I too became a recipient of O'Connor flowers-must say the most beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers I'VE EVER GOTTEN!! I took a picture and show everyone.

The person taking our order for flowers for a funeral, following the long weekend was very helpful. It arrived on time. However, we were very disappointed with the arrangement, especially after reading positive reviews. A family member said that we would have been better with an arrangement from our local Fortinos florist. We were told they would credit our card for part of the cost, but it didn't happen.

We used O'Connor Florist for a few funerals and were so happy with the service that we decided to use them for our wedding. What a great decision ... we were blown away! The service was attentive and the flowers and centrepieces there were lush and stunning! Top notch! We highly reccomend the services of Carm and her team for all your floral needs.

My boyfriend just sent me flowers early for valentines day and they are beautiful! They did a wonderful job and the delivery man vas very nice! I'm a fan if the penmanship in the card since I'm sure he didn't write it.
Many times they print it in a computer and isn't very personal. I'm addicted to balloons too so it was cute to see the "I love you"

This a review purely for their online ordering. Being part of the FTD network it's not surprising that if you make an order outside of this shop's reach they will rely on another florist in that area.
Unfortunately this didn't work out too well for me. Part of it I think was due to the online ordering system sharing the same "unique" identifier for two different floral arrangements. As a result the wrong one was sent and it looked horrible.
Luckily a quick email resulted in O'Conner to quickly help me remedy the situation by getting still another florist to do it
