This is the first time I have ordered flowers with Helen Blakey Flowers. I ordered 12 long-stemmed red roses boxed with a beautiful sash for my sister’s 60th birthday today. The order was easy to place online and I did reach out to the owner as well. The owner of this floral shop is courteous and professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The roses are exquisite and of excellent quality! They were well presented and genuine care was given in handling, presentation and packaging. I was looking for a florist last minute and came upon this hidden gem.

The order was done online on 7/6/2021 to be deliver to Toronto on 7/7/2021 as stated on the order receipt. Unfortunately, my dear friend didn't received the arrangement not until 7/8/2021.
The order was supposedly a "Pure Joy as exactly shown" online on a "clear glass vase" with full bloom flowers that you can't even count how many flowers on it. The delivered arrangement was an "Impure Joy" on a vase I can't exactly explain what kind, sort of "tin like" looking vase with partial count of flowers. Very disappointing!!!!

What a lovely local florist! I ordered the Pretty Please Bouquet on Wednesday afternoon (May 6) to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother's Day (May 9). I completed the order process online, which was quick and simple. I requested for the delivery to be made after 4:00PM and the Helen Blakey team did a great job to meet my expectation. In addition to making a note on the delivery card to deliver as "late as possible," the individual that delivered the bouquet asked the security guard of the building to hold on to the bouquet and contact the recipient at a later time than when they actually dropped it off

Put in an order on Friday for delivery on Sunday for Mother's day. My really loved the flowers. Even though we weren't able to spend the day with her due to isolation, it was nice that we she could have something that would bring a smile to her face.

I asked for a blue and white bouquet for my baby shower. The employee was super helpful and mentioned to spray paint some flowers blue for the look I was going for. I'm really happy with how they turned out. I will definitely order from here the next time I need flowers.

Ordered a bouquet last night to get delivered to my moms for Mother's Day, for whatever reason my card didn't go through. Flowers were delivered anyway and I got a call later the next day to settle the payment. Great people very kind and considerate.

Got these for my birthday and they were beautiful! The flowers were fresh and perfectly arranged. My SO said he got deluxe but thinks it looks more like regular than what the picture looked like in the site. Either way, I think they're beautiful but I can understand as he probably paid more for more flowers (then again no idea how regular looks in person ).

My workplace in Markham has used this flower shop for years. When my Dad died last year they sent me a beautiful arrangement of lilies and roses in a glass cube. I was very impressed how long it lasted.
I used their website myself last week to send flowers to my friend in Mt Sinai hospital and was very happy with the flowers. The arrangement with green orchids in it was delivered the same day and arrived looking very fresh and lovely and just like the picture.

This is a FANTASTIC florist in Toronto. Both my sister and I used this place for our summer weddings, and the flowers were magnificent to say the least. In fact my maid of honour was so impressed that she is using them for her wedding this summer.
