Since 1993 Jacks Towing Service has grown from 3 trucks and 2 employees to a fleet of 18 trucks and 20 employees. Thanks for the tow last night! The driver was friendly, pleasant, and professional. He took his time looking over my car to find the best way to tow her without doing any further damage.

Wow! What an incredible experience. The driver who came to help us saved us hundreds of dollars by spending 20 minutes with my husband and I explaining how to make this very simple repair at home. He made a quick roadside fix to get me home. I have never had an experience from a tow truck driver quite like this one.

Absolutely horrific service. Some old lady named “Sue” (likely not even her real name) can’t do her job within this company, and she is the one that is made to call when caa refers and sets it up through them. She was nothing but nasty and rude from the start. She refused to give her name and cancelled the service call after I frustratedly told her… for the THIRD time that I would be paying by debit after the price for the tow continued to change and go up, and after she continued to interrupt me and tell me my problems weren’t hers and that she didn’t care

I hit a pothole on Hwy 2 on my way to a funeral. I needed family to pick me up, and we didn’t have time to take care of the flat right then and there. When we returned after the service, Jacks Towing had already been by and put the spare tire on, leaving a business card on the front seat. Jacks Towing- took action and I truly appreciated it. Taking… the stress off me and my family. When I called to pay, they generously declined my payment. Acknowledging I had enough to deal with that day and saying all good deeds come back around. I was blown away by the kindness, and professionalism

My daughter and I were driving from Ottawa to Toronto and got flat tire in Napanee ON. Sterling Cobb from Jacks Towing was called to help us. He was the most professional and knowledgeable tow truck person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am highly recommending Sterling Cobb and Jack’s towing who so wholeheartedly helped us and made sure we arrived home safely.

I was rear ended last night, Jacks towing was there before the first responders, I do not remember the two names of the gentleman, but I will never forget their kindness, they were both very helpful, knowledgeable. Their friendly demeanour calmed the entire situation. I hope to never need a tow service again, but if I do Jack’s towing will be the company I call. Thank you very very much for everything!!!

I wanted to give a shout out to your great employee. I was pulled over on the side of the road ,on County Rd 6, retying a freezer on my utility trailer and he pulled his truck up behind me and shielded me from traffic so I was safe. I don't know what his name was but thank you. Your kindness was so appreciated 😀
