My father's vintage sports car broke down in NY State last weekend which was flat bedded home with the cooperation of AAA/CAA. Jeff from Unique was the CAA driver, he was incredibly professional and talented, he even backed the truck up to my parents garage and was able to slowly drop the vehicle in the garage, this required backing down a country driveway, maneuvering around flower beds, lowering a vintage vehicle that's inches off the ground into a garage that's created in a barn! Thanks Jeff!

My wives car is currently at your shop. The engine blew Friday evening on the 401 eastbound in Gananoque. They were scared but took comfort that they were alright. Despite this, everyone from Gary Fisher, the CAA tow truck driver who took in the five of them in his truck to the taxi driver who drove to the train station to the VIA steward who gave them first class seating even though they had economy, were so kind and respectful. Thank you Gananoque for taking care of my wife and my in-laws!

Although we haven't used this company's services and can't speak to their business practices I can say that when they drop off vehicles in a residential neighbourhood at 10:06 PM, flash flood light worthy lights into your living room and bedrooms, wakes your 3yr old, and approach the driver as to why they are blocking an entire fire lane and parked… on your sidewalk... they will tell you you should have blinds put in your child's bedroom... nice 👌🏼 When calling the company directly you'll be met with the same exceptional customer service and empathy... goodluck!
