I went for a pedicure. I booked a classic pedicure which costs $58 + taxes and is supposed to last 1 hour. My bill came to almost $95. They charged me for removing the shellac that I had on previously and within 45 minutes my pedicure was done. The person didn’t even massage my legs as mentioned in the description while I was booking it online. She just did my feet, not even my ankle. And on top, she didn’t put anything in between my toes when applying the nail polish and the nail polish got smudged and uneven. I will not recommend this place to anybody. OMG hands down the best hair magician i found today her name is MARCELA at kalypso. I went to another hair salon for highlights and that person messed up my hair and got itno brassy yellow blonde which i was hating then i called at kalypso and went to Marcela and from there she changed my hair color magically into what i wanted. I was super happy and satisfied. I have recommended my friends and family and would definitely recommend all the ppl out there to go to her if u ever wanna get ur hair done. I will be going back to her always. There service and team members are super kind and friendly they

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is so nice, I've been going there for over two years now and have probably had every treatment on their menu. I've gotten my hair dyed purple, and black. I've had massages, manicures, pedicures..etc. I've brought my friends for spa treatments, and gotten duo-massages with my boyfriend. I've gone for manicures and facials with my sister. Anyone I've brought has enjoyed their time as well.

Absolutely love this place, for many reasons! They offer many services that I have yet to try. So far 5 stars for the following :
1. Haircut/Hair treatments : Emilie does wonders with my hair! From the products she uses to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff during my appointments. She listens to your needs and delivers exactly what you want or more. I highly recommend the royal hydrating treatment as well!
2. Massages : Laurie is now my go-to for massages! She listens to my needs - and my shoulder/back pain decreases immensely after my visits with her. The spa area is absolutely

I usually go to salon Mauve but because of the pandemic I decided to go here cause it was closer. Before going I asked over the phone if all guidelines were being followed. The whole time I was there, I saw the receptionist and another girl without masks. No sanitizer were available, they ask clients to wash their hands. Over the phone I asked the price for a haircut and styling and I was told $54-$58. I was charged $75. I showed my hairdresser 2 pictures of how I wanted my hair from the front and back. Mentioning twice that I would like to keep my length but want the style to look like the picture

Wonderful spa but my last visit was disappointing. There was one massage therapist who kept walking through the relaxation area without much regard for those around him. He even brought and entire massage table from one massage room to another through the area. Was very irritating. The toilet seat was also left up in the common bathroom area.

A little piece of HEAVEN is all I can say! From the moment you enter, a sense of calm and serenity overcomes you. The decor and friendly professional staff and service is outstanding and it is immaculate in terms of cleanliness which is something very important to me! Laurie, my message therapist was amazing helping the stress to go away! The products are all wonderful in the boutique downstairs while the upstairs decor is stunning and so well designed. This is a class A spa and the owner Emilie makes you feel right at home in her beautiful exquisite spa. This little gem is a must go retreat right
