Absolutely horrible first experience at this place and will not be coming back. I needed to get a Hep A vaccine and purchased it from this pharmacy to be administered in the adjacent clinic.
The head pharmacist with the South African (I think) accent rang me up. When I told her that I had insurance, she threw her hands up in the air, along with my vaccine (in its package), which tumbled on the table onto the ground. She then told another pharmacist or pharmacist's assistant to enter my insurance info because apparently it was too much work for her. I can understand that people have bad days and

This pharmacy was due to close at 3pm and I was 40 miles away at 2:15 p.m. They were so kind, that they kept the whole place open for an extra hour so I could drive up from Scarborough to get my much needed script filled. What more do you need to know about their "humanity". ABOVE AND BEYOND!! CLEAN, NEW, AND FAST.

The above pharmacy years ago was amazing, truly a small Community pharmacy with friendly staff like (Glen) etc
Since there expansion there the most rude people I have ever met getting a prescription filled. They make you feel like there doing you a huge favour.
The prescriptions are rarely ever filled in there entirety, O, we don’t only have have the pills required, it’s constant and frustrating. With the end result you will have to keep going back and back again to just fill a prescription, I have NEVER had this at any other pharmacy.
Obviously they no your coming for your prescription

Allans Community pharmacy years ago was a fantastic small community pharmacy, with wonder customer service. They would take the time to explain things and where very helpful.
Since there expansion there absent of any customer service, in fact it’s obviously just about the money.
At Allans Community pharmacy they have lost any thought process to… help me the customer, there’s no conversation no smiling, just robots going about filling incomplete prescription with Little planning or organization.
They don’t even answer there reviews a sure sigh they just don’t care

I have been visiting Allan's Pharmacy long before the current owners. I knew Allan very well. A very sweet older fellow who provided old time community service. Getting to know his clientele and taking special care to advise them on their prescriptions and vitamins which they sell. Sadly, Allan passed some time ago. The store has changed hands a few times over the years. The current owners Linda and Glenn have picked up where Alan left off. Always provide outstanding service, go far beyond the service received at other large chains. Dispensary fee's reasonaable, looking at ways to help their clients

Never experienced any issues, they have expanded their services to also have a walk in and clinic.
The doctors, staff, and pharmacists are all friendly and usually go above and beyond to take care of their patients.
I've seen some displeased customers in the store on occasion, however their staff quickly rectify issues to the best of their abilities. There will always be a difficult customer, and it can sometimes be better to turn away abusive customers.
You can tell they are doing something right by how long they have been in the community.

Stay away from this incompetent and nasty pharmacy. They can't be trusted. To give you examples of what they did:
1. Last delivery, which caused me to leave them, they gave my pills to someone who was in their car on the street. They asked her if she is coming to my house and she said yes, so they gave it to her. Who does that?
2. They don't keep to the times of delivery we make up. They even came once around 9:30 pm when my mother was sleeping. They were supposed to come 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. They don't care about their customers.
3. They once left my pills tied to a chair outside my house. I
