I would like to complain about my terrible experience I had at Madawaska Pharmacy with Hind Alshear.
I was told to call the pharmacy in the morning in order to book a covid PCR TEST but no one picked up the phone. I called numerous times upon them opening and still no answer. I then went to the pharmacy and they still didn't help me, claiming they were dealing with something and that I needed to call them. However how can I call when they don't pick up. I stood outside their pharmacy for an hour calling Madawaska Pharmacy and they still didn't do anything. Just keep ignoring me like I am nothing

I have been a client for many years. The pharmacists at Madawaska are the best.. professional, knowledgeable, efficient and above all caring. Especially appreciate their service today during Covid when my medications were delivered.to my door while I am isolating . Totally prefer dealing with a small privately owned pharmacy. Highly recommend! 🙏👏

Super nice, pharmacist! Discovered them by accident after going to the walk in clinic, a few doors away. Spent alot of time explaining medications with me and didn't mind answering all my questions.
Assistant is very cute also.
