The Tenant agrees to set up utilities required and provide account number at time agreement is put in place. 2. Tenant is responsible for any or all persons visiting them or occupying with them in the units. This pertains to all behaviors within the units or common areas. This includes all persons who enter the premises for any reasons, i.e.: delivery persons, repair persons, any visitors family or friends.
