Jacinta (Jessie) Wyatt is licensed in Property Management, but are able to refer you to a large group of skilled agents within Coldwell Banker. Typically sign 6 month to 12 month leases, depending on the property and owner preference. We will send out a Monthly Rental Statement that will Provide you with the details of all funds in and out of your rental account.
You pay Security Deposit upfront. Rent is due on the First of each month. If you move in early and are paying a pro rated rent, that would be due at time of possession. Deposit is considered non-refundable until you take possession of the property. Once you take possession it becomes fully refundable per the Alberta residential tenancy act.
Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you. I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.

If I could give Zero stars I would. The most unprofessional business I have heard about in Fort McMurray for rental properties. Do not use this company as they do not accommodate to shift workers and are very rude when dealing with customers and working around their work schedules. Keep up the good work with disappointing your customer base and good luck renting houses in an economic down turn.

Hey guys! Just thought I should forewarn any potential tenants working shift work in Fort Mac to not waste anytime here and search elsewhere. This group operates ONLY on Mon-Fri business hours and will flat out refuse to meet with potential tenants outside of their typical 8-5 window. Tried comprising and meeting halfway with this group and was blatantly told to look elsewhere. The company rep was very rude, abrupt, and did not seem to care about scheduling.
Extremely disappointing. Will pass along this to my close friends in the Fort McMurray area.
