Dr. Skidmore is originally from Vancouver, Canada. She received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1984. After working in Northern B.C. and working as an associate dentist in Kelowna, she opened her private practice in 1986 in Kelowna. She has been involved as a member of the Academy of R.V. Tucker Cast Gold Study Club in Kelowna since its inception here in 1991.
