We tried selling them in the past and they simply do not sell, they have no respect sale value. 2 We do not sort the clothing in front of you/with you and the clothing we DO NOT choose to put for sale on the floor is AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO CHARITY. We offered return service for 15 years and no one ever came back to pick up the clothing we did not select for sale.
The clothing that we DO NOT select will automatically be sent to charity for you. The charities we give to include Women in Need, The Calgary Drop-In Center, and the Diabetes Association. We DO NOT return items to you that are not selected for sale. The items we choose to keep will be on the floor for 1 month from the date they are tagged.

I’ve come to get a cheque four times now. First time they told me they had hold my cheque for another month because of covid and how it impacted them, second time I came in the next month they said it would be ready for the following distribution, so once again I go in last month and ITS NOT READY yet the month before I was told it would be. Now I come today AND it’s closed because of a power outage. I just want my 4 month late cheque and never consign with you again. This is ridiculous.

I have been shopping at Trends for years.
And I absolute love their sections of clothing.
I bought most if not all of my sport wear there; great brand names like Lululemon, Nike, Columbia, Adidas in great conditions.
The customer service is excellent, always friendly and courteous.
I would 100% recommend Trends to anyone.
Plus they are dog friendly store.

Trend is my favourite consignment store in the city! There is so much selection of unique, quality brand name items, and the prices are very reasonable. Everything is organized beautifully- it doesn’t feel like a second hand store at all. It always feels like I’m walking into my favourite store. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. If you haven’t been here, you must!

I always love coming to Trend. Not only do they have great hours that match my schedule, but they are always friendly, they always have a great variety of items to peruse and try on, and best of all? They're DOG FRIENDLY! The owner sometimes brings in her two senior pups, who are so sweet, but you can also bring in your fur babies! That's how you'll get me into your store for sure. Just sayin'. Anyways, come to Trend! You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been here a handful of times and I haven’t left empty handed yet! I can always depend on this location to have good quality, no rips or holes in the clothes, polite staff, and cute decor. The change rooms are a good size and I love how it’s on a different level than where you go shopping! My favourite thing about this place is actually how great the location is. It’s surrounded by other foodie places and shops, and it’s a five minute walk from the train station.
