Lorie Medeiros is a recognized Kingston based nutritionist who specializes in supporting clients in sports nutrition, gut health, and lifestyle changes through whole foods. Lorie takes a detailed approached to her nutrition practice, offering clients a detailed analysis and assessment of their current nutrition status and offers realistic changes to improve endurance, performance, physical health, and weight loss.
Many extended medical insurance plans cover nutrition counselling by a Registered Nutritionist. Check your plan to see what is covered for you. If your plan does not cover the services, save your receipt for a non-refundable tax credit. Twenty-four (24) hours notice is needed to cancel appointment, a fee of $35.00 will be charged to you.
