Disorganized.
I booked a consultation through their online booking for their PDO Nose Thread Lift that was advertised as part of their services on the website.
My consultation started 15min late. Which isn't the best start already, but then the consultant told me "Oh we don't offer that service anymore. Sorry."
Like Really... Then why is that service listed on your website then? What complete disregard for other people's time. I re-arranged my schedule and had to find parking downtown for an appointment that started late and was absolutely useless.
If you still decide to book with them I suggest

Terrible service. When attempting to book my first appointment through Instagram, as I had won a giveaway, I asked if there was a time available for 5:30, and they replied with "Hi, no problem. That spot is booked." So I arrived on that day only to be told by the receptionist that the Instagram message meant that the 5:30 slot was booked for someone else. (Okay, but why wouldn't the Instagram responder offer another time??) I understand that mix ups like this happen sometimes, so I apologized but received no apology on their part.

I bought a package for hair removal and it has been great, in all the 6 sessions I felt always welcomed, the staff is really nice and professional and the treatment is so quick. The clinic is clean and relaxing. I have really noticed that after 6 sessions I have almost no hair coming out anymore. I will buy a few more sessions for maintenance but overall I’m very happy with the results.

Kind, friendly, and accommodating staff! Scheduling/rescheduling appointments is conveniently flexible. This is my first time having laser hair removal and I chose the underarms package. My experience with my two sessions has been fast and relatively painless! I would definitely recommend Dermabella to anyone looking into getting laser hair removal. I am satisfied with my experience so far!

Finding a sultion for my back pain has always been a challenge for me.
I had several physio and massag therapy with other clinics.
DR Ali at dermabella clinic made a combination plan with cupping also accupunture as well as other treatments to help me get rid of this liftime pain for good in only a few sessions.
I appreciate his expertise and I do reccomend him for sure.
