Came by for the first time to get some work done on my Lexus, Naveed the service manager went above and beyond to make sure my experience was flawless, I can't even begin to describe how thankful I am. I was treated like family, he was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with me very clearly about the entire process so I wasn't left in the dark, periodically checked in to update me regarding the work, the mechanic who did the job was fast and really efficient. Can’t recommend Scarborough Toyota collision repair department highly enough. Shazir and his team are professional, courteous and considerate. Not only did they repair the damage to my Lexus RX350 from the accident, they touched up old damage and scrapes as well. Plus they left my car impeccably clean. Very impressive group!

Very happy with the service at this location. I have had my Corolla serviced here for some years and very happy. This year upgraded to a Rav4. Daisy is AMAZING!!! She made everything seamless. Nero assisted with my pick up - he was amazing, helped me learn some new features and was patient answering all my questions (I had many). I strongly recommend Scarborough Toyota. I just brought my 2021 Honda Civic Touring from there they give very excellent service to thier customers. L bought my 2021 Camry Hybrid in this location .The sales man Shant Kandilian has done everything in 2 days.He was very helpful and I had no problem with any paperwork. Also l thank to sales Manager Ray Sakin who spent a lot of afford and time for all process as well . 30 August is very special to me and they made my day more unforgettable .
