The history of Cram & Associates dates back to the early 1950's when John W. Cram began his lengthy legal career in the City of London. The firm has operated from its current premises for a period in excess of 40 years. It currently boasts four senior lawyers, each of whom has more than 25 years' experience, and a number of capable and experienced support staff.

The firm focuses on the timely delivery of competent legal advice and services at a reasonable cost. Each by lawyers and staff working within specific areas of expertise with a minimum of overhead and bureaucracy. This is the business model that the firm's partners are comfortable with and which, in their view, permits each of them to provide quality legal services in a personal, efficient, professional and businesslike manner.

I’ve been doing business with Cram and Associates for 12 years and have had a fantastic experience until about 4 months ago. We bring alot of deals through their office and they have become extremely unresponsive and caused a large deal to fall through recently. Despite my great working relationship in the past I had to move all my business. Not sure what’s going on but no one seems to care and there has been no apologies or efforts to keep my business.

Helpful counsel reasonably priced. Fair answers. I dont like going downtown london so that's a pitfall for me. Metered parking out front. Make sure u have change.

We have retained Cram and Associates for all of our real estate matters through the years (past 36 years).
Recently we sold our condo in Kitchener and again retained Cram and Associates to handle the closing with our real estate agent.
Paul Vandenbosch, our lawyer, and his legal assistant, Suzana Arsenault, were both very thorough of managing the details for us. We do not live near the office of Cram and Associates but we were able to successfully sign the documents remotely and have them couriered to their office in a timely manner.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication with this firm. I engaged them via phone and email and we exchanged multiple emails regarding estate matters they were looking after for me. Then the responses just ceased out of the blue. I called, wrote, and was not even given the decency of a reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM! Completely unprofessional and I'm shocked that a firm now has all of my personal files and information and refuses to correspond with me.

I lost a large sum of money on a simple real estate deal because of their poor advise. They were not forthcoming with their fee schedule. The lawyer we dealt with spoke to me extra slow over the phone just so they could charge us more. This is the worst lawyer firm I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They are out to to make a quick buck , not to protect their clients.
