Arifa Serter did some litigation work for me. She communicated each step of the process at the beginning so I knew what to expect moving forward. I am currently dealing with Harrison Pensa over a very complicated accident injury. Although I had problems in the past with this firm, my lawyer Mark Stoiko is caring, kind and professional. His assistant, Louise is always very organized and understanding. My only negative is the dais-like area that the front desk secretary sits at. As a person with a disability, getting up those stairs is difficult and the elevator is isolating. Thankfully, I can do most of my exchanges with them digitally so can avoid this issue.
