Everyone in the gym, as they call the physio room, was A1. They were kind, understanding, knew what they were doing and the equipment in physio was very good. Most of the nurses were good, but it showed that they were overworked. The food and kitchen staff was excellent and cheerful. Improved cleanliness was needed, but I assume some of the lack was due to the pandemic overload.

I wouldn't even give it a one star.
The second floor nurses at this felicity are terrible!
My poor 87 yr old mother was left in a dirty diaper because she's had major surgery and can't walk for 6 weeks and because of that she ended up getting a terrible diaper rash! Nurse told her to wait an hour because she was going to lunch! Really? Terrible!
There is so much wrong doing in the so called "Rehab"center!! Inconsiderate! In compassionate! Lazy!
I'm not wasting my time writing about it anymore.Don't bring you elderly loved ones to this place. They need to

I found the nurses very kind and helpful. For example, today I had an appointment that was supposed to be on the first floor and there was a change. While I was on my way to the room I was supposed to go to, the nurse was standing right next to me calling me to inform me of the change. It was funny how that happened; she didn't remember what I looked like and I didn't remember what she looked like. So, she took me to the correct room for the appointment. We had a good laugh how things worked out. This is how I've seen the staff there from the last time I was there; excellent service, I would say

I cannot believe the unsanitary and crowded condition this hospital is in!!! The 6th floor hallways are a disaster and in my opinion a fire hazard. As if there's not enough stuff in the hallways they have a skeleton in a chair with a christmas hat on it which is unnecessarily crowding the hallway! I would be embarrassed to have someone from out of town come to visit a family member and see what horrible
conditions our Windsor hospitals are in! Oh and what is with the laim responses people are getting on these reviews?

It is very unfortunate that we live in a community that is just so cruel to people who are in need of mental health services. I think this is not just a problem at this location, but pretty much everywhere you go nowadays. I believe it’s because everyone is clueless on what needs to be done for people in need! People are lazy and inconsiderate to take the time to help because they just want to get paid! I think there is a lack of training, experience and people who shouldn’t be working in this environment and trying to run these programs. I am making this complaint on here because I have tried

The nurses were great and I'd give less than zero if it wasn't for them but the Dr discharged my dad without talking to him. He was asleep at 7am and when He woke up he was told he was going home. When he asked to talk to the Dr to ask some questions he was told no because he was discharged and the problem wasn't resolved. Massive kidney stone that won't pass and he only has 1 kidney. Way to go hotel Dieu. Oh and they wouldn't give him a note for work even though he was admitted for 2 days .
Would like to update 1 week from the first review. The specialist office called us and said the hospital

I spent about 6 weeks here after having a stroke. I love all of the staff here from the nurses and doctors that took such great care of me (and my family) to the girls in the cafeteria... and everyone in between! I'm still going there 3 times per week on an outpatient basis. We still get a warm welcome from so many people when we're there!
