I called iAID around 4AM one month ago to talk about getting care for my husband. My husband has had Colon Cancer for 2 years and so I’ve been getting so worn out because he is getting weaker and weaker. He was just recently diagnosed with Dementia. IAID is simply the best! They cared for both, my mother and my father. My parents both have Alzheimer’s/Dementia so they needed someone with them to help them feel and assure them that everything is okay. The companionship they provided was great. They assigned us a PSW that suited my family very well. The management team is outstanding! They take direct calls on their cell phones 24/7 so my family and I never felt alone. Highly recommend!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this agency has been so helpful. I had to take the time out of my day to let everyone know about how our experience currently is going. My mom did not want care, but my family and I kept insisting she get a caregiver to make sure she is safe at all times. I called and spoke with Mary a Care Manager. IAID really cares for their clients. Staff goes above and beyond to address the needs of their clients, they really show that with the care service they are providing our Mom. Their rates are also very reasonable as well. They were very considerate of the budget we had for Mom's care and helped us put together a care plan perfectly suitable for what Mom needed help with her everyday needs. My wife and I did our homework before getting iAID to care for my father in law. We researched home cares for weeks and then finally we worked up the courage to call iAID. My father in law was having a surgery and needed help once he got home. My mother in law couldn’t care for him alone. IAID provided my uncle with amazing care! My family and I first started out care with another home care agency and my uncle began to decline in his health. Our experience was nothing but wonderful with this home care agency. The management are VERY professional yet caring. They really stick ny their slogan of bringing "care . Quality .
