Excellent service, prompt reply, professional resolution.
I had an issue with a part for my Triumph Speed Triple RS. Long story, short… there was some miscommunication between myself and Triumph which caused an issue with the bike. I called Argyll Motorsports (where I bought the bike) and spoke to a very friendly parts person, whom forwarded me to Dan Mac, the service manager, after assessing the situation.
I must make it clear, that I take immaculate care of my motorcycle and this issue caused me some anxiety. In addition, I can over explain things, to make sure that the issue is understood

I sent a parts inquiry through their website when I first woke up and before I could even pour my morning coffee I had an email response with a parts quote! I called their parts counter and ordered the part over the phone. The entire process was fast and easy! Seriously amazing folks at this shop. I live in British Columbia, but Argyll is the place where I will shop from now on.

Nice, clean showrooms. Walked around with my 3 nephews. Not once, did anyone approach us. The receptionist made a cute comment about my one nepehw... Though no one recognized us, talked to us... Nothing
Saw... Probably 4 to 5 salesman, all sitting behind a desk. One walked past us, not even a hello.
Oh well, online I ago and order the 3 quads I am buying.

Bought a Yamaha Pressure Washer here and it’s still going strong. Warning, dangerous showroom to go into, they have things that will call to you. I’ve never needed a BMW adventure bike so badly in my life after seeing one here, yet I don’t ride motorbikes…why? I ask myself this every time I go here. Just burn your wallet in the parking lot, it’s the best way to walk out with only what you needed. Great place

My first time at Argyle Motorsport I went in to buy some gear as I was browsing the helmets I was greeted by Grayson. His customer service was exceptional he really went above and beyond in helping me find the right helmet size and helped choose the right gloves. I totally recommend this place!

I know people go there, try on helmets, then buy on-line. I guess you can't blame them but I always prefer to support local. I was pricing out the Bell Mag-9 helmet though and it came in at $ 250 on-line and the same at Argyll. I will be buying it from Argyll. If people don't buy local when it makes sense, there will soon be NOWHERE LEFT where we can go look at things in person.

Honestly this has to be the worst place I have taken any bike to. They grossly over charge. I brought up a mistake on my bill (overcharged). Not a big mistake but still one. When I brought up the issue I was made to feel dumb for brining up the mistake. It took over a month to get in, and they never confirmed the appointment (they emailed saying that they would). They tried to charge me for work that was not yet completed (they didn't even have the part). I can go on... I wish i could give them less then 1 star
Just found another misc: charge for $49.05 on my bill, no idea where it is coming from

It is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I brought my bike in for service and while washing it, they badly damaged the bike. They never apologized and had an attitude that they didn't care at all.
They did make sure it got repainted and this was a whole bad ordeal on it's own.
They said it was going to take a month to get it done. It's a long time period to lose a bike in riding season, but I just said Okay.
After a month, no call, no updates. So I had to start calling almost every day to figure out what was going on. It came to the point that they started hanging up on me, never called

I had to take my bike in for a recall. The process of making an appointment was relatively easy, I completed their online form and someone called me back (better than waiting on hold when phoning). The appointment was set for 3 weeks later (busy place). I had asked them to change the shaft drive oil. It didn't appear to be on the original work order, this was rectified. Why the 4 and not a 5? This is the first time I used their service department. In the past, I have bought parts and also clothing from them, I just didn't feel the service department appreciated my business the way the other departments

The staff was incredibly friendly, they paid attention to the Covid Rules.
I felt taken care of in the parts department. The sales floor was clean and even though I was there for an oil filter I may just be headed back for a new bike. I posted a photo of the bikes that got me drooling!
Thanks Argyll Motorsports. :)
