Good place to buy things but not so much get your things fixed. Many times my quad came back in worse shape. Very pleasant people , friendly and catering, just not had best experience with technician working on my machines

Brought my boat (1990's seadoo speedster) with twin rotax 787's in for a maintenance job. 3 weeks later I got the call to pick it up. Customer service was great. They had the wrong boat out for me to pick up. But when I did get my boat and got home it wasn't starting. Power was gone. Checked my battery it was drained. Charged it up. Still nothing. Found the ground to my fuse panel lose. Got charged over $500 for a half fast job. Not worth it.!

They treated our old boat great! We even broke down on the lake and they sent someone to give us a tow, we got it running before they got there but he followed us back to make sure we made it. Got our boat in right away and we were back on the water! It’s nice to have local businesses that takes care of there locals

Brought my boat in for its mandatory 3 year service, as to not void the BRP warranty. When I called, I asked them if they could do the service, and run the diagnostic. They replied "yes' When I dropped it off, I discovered the service manager did not really know much about Boats, or Marine motors. Which is fair, as they seem to deal mostly in Motorcycles, and ATV. I'm sure he knows lot's about that, but that's not why I was there. Maybe they should change the name. I requested a new Prop, and they said they could order it in, so I said to "Order it, and install

Great people here. Went above and beyond not once but three times when we needed work done early May. Even filled my wife’s truck tires with air on my way to the city when her tires were low. Thank you!!!

It's rare to receive the level of service we got at Ecko. Bought our first Seadoo and had a 100 questions about both the unit and the dock we needed. Steven was so patient in answering all 25 emails I sent him and providing me with not only the answers but the reasons for those answers. Stayed in contact with us all through COVID and then got us in once it was safe to do so. We will go back to Ecko for anything and everything we can. On behalf of all the Tennant's we thank you for the fun we are having at the cabin this summer.

They offered to help fix my powerboat when I was turned away by others here in Edmonton. I'm truly grateful for that . It looks like one has to go to small towns and villages to get Services. I recommend Ecko Marine to everyone here. Thank you.

Best place to buy new machines. I have purchased several machines from Ecko and always treated with top level respect and service. Definitely would recommend the drive out to Alberta Beach for the customer service. Well done Ecko staff.

The staff is really friendly, from Steve up front who made purchasing my outlander 1000 a breeze to the service and parts staff that are always great to deal with. I have multiple Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo and Can-Am recreational products and I have always been happy with the selection of parts and accessories in stock. They have a good selection of machines in stock and the pricing was very competitive to other dealers I shopped. I like the convenience of having a dealer in our small town. I have had a few small issues with service but I think a small town dealer has trouble getting multiple experienced

Love the small town experience at Ecko. Bought my first new sled there this year and continue stopping in regularly for parts and accessories and just to browse. Awesome customer service! It's so nice being able to shop locally at such a great place!
