Sales staff (agranst) was extremely rude with no customer service training. The woman called my emergency contact to get payment for delivery of supplies. This of course caused panic for my contact, wondering what had happened to me. When I informed her of what she had done, her attitude was 'too bad'! I asked my health unit to not use them any longer for my supplies.

Called them. Was told could come over to get a ankle brace. When we reached there they said they don't have it. To check their North York location. I understand these are difficult times but if you get injured and have a fracture you need help. Managed to get one from another supplier.

I want to commend Canada Care Medical for their wonderful, helpful staff. In store (leslie St.) I have dealt with Evelyn and Carol who went above and beyond for me when my motorized recliner broke down.

Husband had triple bypass onJan 10th at the Ottawa Heart Institute. called Canada Care January 18th to rent a lift chair. I was dealing with Rachelle Vaillancourt. Let me tell you that she knows what Customer Service is all about. Like in the good old days!! She was extremely helpful, efficient and very caring. Thank you Rachelle!!

Edit: I’ve noticed on my bill that these schmucks charged us tax on our medical equipment and you’re not supposed to charge tax on these items, they are illegally charging tax on non taxable medical equipment, I will be contacting the Canada revenue agency about this and reporting them. Check your bills carefully, they’re not allowed doing this. … OMG, the people working at this place are absolutely horrible. They have an absolute disdain for the customer, you’re met coldly at the door, they really don’t give a crap about helping on the floor when you call them

My 87 year old father went in today and ended up walking out. Two people were behind the counter completely ignored him while they talked and laughed talking among themselves. 15 minutes passed and he said ... Can someone please help me? They turned to him and gave him a dirty look and continued laughing. Great customer service NOT!!! So he walked out. Maybe you should teach your staff manners or maybe just get new staff. Unacceptable behaviour . Don't go here . So many other places to go where the staff know how to treat people.

Horrible customer service! Went on Thursday around 2pm to be fitted for and to order compression stockings. Was told there was nobody available to help me at that time. I asked when it would be better for me to return and was told that they open at 8am and it was best to come then. Showed up this morning at 8:10am and was told here was nobody… in yet who could help me. I asked if I could make an appointment so there would be somebody there to help me when I went in. The woman took my phone number and said that I would get a call. I'm still waiting for my phone to ring! Very disappointed
