Routine cleaning resulted in the hygienist accidentally removing the orthodontic wire, which the dentist was then unable to properly secure back onto the teeth twice, after having to come back when it fell off again.
Definitely would not return. Hygienist was the most aggressive and painful cleaner we have ever had.
