As a former member of the Canadian Military (having served a 3-year term), I bring my enthusiasm, perfectionism and passion for the work to every assignment I take on. I have nothing but the best things to say about Todd and his team. This was our first renovation experience and too be honest, I was dreading it. Doing major renovations with two young kids at home was not idea, but all team members of Sage Ventures was beyond helpful. We were initially given a 6 week timeline and we were nearly two weeks ahead of schedule. Each and every day they were very clear with their communication with what time they will be there/what was being done and what was up next. It made the entire process seamless and stress free! I will absolutely be recommending Sage to all friends

I would highly recommend Todd and his team at Sage Ventures. Our addition and renovation was completed with high quality materials and craftsmanship and at exactly the price I was quoted at the beginning. His team was friendly, professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased with the end result and will using this company for our next renovation project.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Todd, Mark and all of the team of Sage Ventures. They are a group of true professionals whose work ethic and attention to detail resulted in the kitchen reno of our dreams. Todd and Mark were always quick to answer questions in person and when communicating through the co construct app. The schedule and products were itemized and the costs were always completely transparent. The team arrived on time, were courteous and cleaned up well at the end of each work day. Our friends and neighbors are now suffering from kitchen envy and we are not a bit sorry.

It's hard to express our level of appreciation for this incredible group of people without it sounding staged but we found them on Google, had no history at all with them, or even knew who they were beforehand. From day one they went the extra mile, were always kind and engaging, and we felt like we were losing friends when they were done the project. Completely trustworthy, extremely competent and professional, and genuinely nice human beings.

Todd did an amazing job. We had significant water damage in two of our bathrooms and our kitchen. He renovated both bathrooms and installed a new sink and counter tops in our kitchen. He is very honest and fair when it comes to the work that needs to be done and the pricing. He answered phone calls and got back to us right away. I would recommend him over and over again.
