Dr. Liang and her team are fantastic! I'm not a regular patient, but I got my virtual care Invisalign treatment at Bayview Dental Centre. Dr. Liang is very knowledgeable and takes extra care in her work. When visiting the clinic, I instantly felt comfortable. The staff are very organized and do an excellent job of preparing you to complete your Invisalign treatment at home. Since I was doing virtual care, I went in for an initial two appointments and then tracked my progress using an app. Each week, I took photos, which Dr. Liang would review, then went in for one final appointment at the end of

My family and I used to live near Bayview Dental several years ago. We have since moved to about an hour away. However, I have never found any other dentists in my area that I am as happy with as Dr. Liang, so we continue to go to Bayview Dental for both our regular checkups and any dental work needed.

Finishing up my Invisalign program soon. Happy with the progress so far! Much better experience than what I heard from friends who did the more traditional methods. I like the duration of the program which is not too long. The virtual part is great too which I did not have to make that many in-person visits yet still getting very responsive feedback from Dr. Liang, Bryanna, and the team. The program itself is easy to understand and follow. Look forward to seeing the before-and-after comparison when the time comes.

I have been coming to coming to Bayview dental for a long time. I started seeing Dr. Liang initially because I wanted an Invisalign treatment and not many dentists had that credential. I have seen many people fallen off the orthodontist-work wagon because the treatment ends and they never see the orthodontist again and then years later they had to get more corrective treatments.
Seeing Dr. Liang was not a one-off thing. She cares very much about her patient's well-being and experience. She checks and monitors everything to ensure my oral health is in tip-top shape.

I've been going to Bayview Dental for over 10 years. I moved to the other side of Richmond a few years ago but I still drive to Steveston every few months just for my appointments. Dr. Liang, Kim, Nafeesa and the rest of the team are friendly, professional, and have a gentle manner. The office is modern and very clean - COVID protocols are followed. Invisalign was first recommended to me a few years ago but it wasn't until late 2020 that I finally decided to do it. I had an 'omega' arch and crowding in my front teeth.. estimated treatment was 10 months. I have now completed my 10 months and was

I was recommended to get Invisalign and with consultantation and reviewing the process, I got them! It was good timing with the pandemic as I was always home and wore a mask as well. The process was painless and very straightforward with what you needed to do. The first few months is an adjustment period with how you speak and eat but after that it becomes a part of your daily routine. Great outcome and happy with the results! I'm in the retention period now to maintain my new teeth. If you're thinking about it, I recommend it through Bayview :)

What a wonderful feeling it is to walk into a clinic and feel understood! Several months ago I started my virtual Invisalign journey with Dr. Liang and it has been nothing short of AMAZING. The support I felt during my first consultation visit encouraged me to embark on this 6month journey towards a more confident me. And the continuous support I feel on a weekly basis via the virtual app is an essential part in my commitment. The staff at Bayview Dental Centre recently guided me through my Invisalign journey. They made each step of the treatment comfortable and easy. Thank you for making everything smooth and great from my initial phone call to the end of the appointment. This clinic has doctors and hygienists with the gentlest touch. Kim at reception is absolutely amazingly amazing. She's so efficient. This is my new clinic for sure!! They have the newest and most up to date technology (hello digital impressions and goodbye nasty plaster) as well which is a huge plus. They make everything so easy and I like how they take the time to explain what they're doing to you as they're going through it. It's clear this clinic places a lot of care
