Investing in an automated/online prescription repeat service is designed to ensure that when you call, we answer. As you can imagine, the dispensary can get very busy at times, so we need your help to ensure our staff is free for you when you need us most.
The MedsCheck medication review provides an opportunity for pharmacists to meet one-on-one with patients, helping them to identify and resolve common medication-related issues in order to get the most benefit from their medication. To be eligible for this program, a patient must have a valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card and take three or more prescription medications for chronic health conditions.
Spark Pharmacy can put your medication into blister/compliance packs, similar to your pillbox at home. The added benefit of using our staff for this service is that you get a guarantee that your pack is dispensed according to your doctor's orders, filled correctly, and checked accurately. So helpful and caring. My son had inflamed tonsils and after a trip to Emergency (not my choice as doctors are not making it easy to see them in person these days), I brought my prescription to Sparkle to fill. I was expecting an antibiotic prescription but it was for steroids and I voiced my concern to Michael, he went above and beyond, called emergency, spoke to the doctor directly and gave me peace of mind, who does that these days. It really felt like I was in a hometown pharmacy, being treated like a person from a person who cared, thank you Michael and Sparkle Pharmacy, you are my go to from

I can’t say enough about this pharmacy. Mike the pharmacist has been extremely helpful for my brother and his overall health. He really listens and has gone over the top on several occasions making sure he and his health are taken care of. I’m so grateful for this everyday hero warrior! So great for our community. Respect! Sparkle Pharmacy is simply amazing. Everyone working there is kind, supportive, understanding and extremely helpful in every situation. I've been going to this pharmacy for many years and even though it has changed ownership, the transition was seamless and the quality of service remains at its best. The entire team is invaluable. Great service provided by owner (Michael) and all staff. We always utilize ‘patient login’ to reorder our prescriptions. It is available via the Internet under Sparkle Pharmacy and is very easy to use. A list of all your prescriptions are listed so you simply check the ones you need to order then go in to pick them up. The site is secure and easy to use. Ask the pharmacist to set you up.
