Services
The Aurora Compounding pharmacy was established in 1994 by pharmacist Michael Khalil. While working in his father's pharmacy in his teens and while attending pharmacy school, Michael was always intrigued by the medical need for custom made medications. Back 100 years ago every prescription was custom tailored to an individual, he thought why did this practice essentially disappear?

With 25 years compounding experience we are familiar with the best physicians trained in the areas of male and female bio-identical hormone therapy, topical pain management, thyroid support, and dermatology.
Skin is our soft, yet tough shell that keeps water out while at the same time keeping us from becoming dehydrated and protecting us from infections due to bacteria and viruses. Skin protects us from the damaging ultraviolet rays of the sun and helps regulate our temperature. Skin is also one of the first things that we see when we look at a person.
We specialize in pediatric compounding for infants. Some drugs are not produced in pediatric strengths because they have a short expiry date in the liquid form necessary for oral administration. Other drugs used for infants are actually small doses of adult medication being prescribed "off-label" that are highly effective for certain pediatric conditions.

Excellent, friendly, personalized and professional service! My family has been dealing with ACP over 22 years and for good reason. Meds are always ready when requested (and sometimes even earlier when I drop in sooner than I said I would) and helpful information for added effectiveness or tips for ease of use. It's also nice to be recognized and called by name.

I came her for the first time on the 31 of december 2019. The pharmacy was supposed to close a 3 pm and I had a prescription for my daughter. I can tell you that the pharmacist was extemly kind because he reopened the lab for me to prepare the medecine for my daghter. I certainly recommend this pharmacy.
